The science of well-being

The art of being well

Our Mission

Well-Crafted Collaborative partners with organizations to design tailored programs and experiences that improve leader and employee well-being, enable teams to work better together, and build thriving workplace cultures.

The Data Is In

Where you work matters. The workplace can be a source of mental distress. But as the U.S. Surgeon General says, it also can be an "engine for well-being".

76%

of U.S workers reported at least one symptom of a mental health condition.

84%

of respondents said their workplace conditions had contributed to at least one mental health challenge.

81%

of workers reported that they will be looking for workplaces that support mental health in the future.

Partnership Blueprint

A WELL-CRAFTED COLLABORATION

1

Designing

THE ALLIANCE

What’s working? What could be better? What’s the team’s favorite place to order-in lunch?  We are here to partner with, and recognize, your work already-in-progress.

3

Delivering

NEW EXPERIENCES

Our designers create bespoke experiences, events, and interventions of all sizes to fit your organization's specific needs and culture. Lucky them. See our sample of offerings below!

2

Defining

SOME GOOD DATA

We conduct an audit or needs-assessment to customize our offerings. We want to know how best to meet the needs of your culture and impact desired outcomes.

4

Moving

THE NEEDLE

Because we measure everything, we can offer you improvement and impact reports along the way. See what really happens when you invest in a well-crafted program for your team.

5

THE CHANGE

We guide you in creating systems and structures that will maintain your desired changes over time.

Backed by Science, Powered by Women.

MEET THE TEAM.

Well-Crafted Collaborative was established by four professionals who have a passion for supporting meaningful change in teams and organizations.

After our meeting at the University of Pennsylvania's Masters of Applied Positive Psychology program, our founders went on to design several large-scale workplace well-being programs together before deciding they were just having too much fun to quit. Together, we founded Well-Crafted Collaborative.

What They Say

I want to share a huge amount of gratitude to the entire team for leading us through this powerful journey this year. I loved knowing that I could experience more resonance with colleagues because of a common understanding for our well-being and a more collective attempt to value and acknowledge each other’s well-being needs.
